Carmar one place Im gonna tell you do not go I mean highly do not go I bought a Kia soul which I hate dont want I didnt buy it thats what they made me take OK so anyway Im on hospice so of course Im dying anyway they put my notes on the 14th of the month and I dont get paid till the first but I pay it every month on the first but on the 14th the 15th are riding in my yard blowing the horn scaring me and my little granddaughter going with wreckers into my garage. This is absolutely unacceptable I begged I went one day drove that car took it back and I said please I just want something else, but thats better than this. You can be the same value and they took me in the office and harassed me badgered me treated me like crap you know it was horrible then at my note, I called them I said, Ill know I pay my note on the first every month I dont never miss it you know what I asked her to move that because they promised me they would when I bought it and she said no I cant do that youre due right now for 200 and its really ugly too And you know what anywhere I go theyre gonna theyre gonna threaten me with a record I just gonna take my car you know thats scary. Ill be at the hospital or the doctor and they just come in and take my car car did me so bad theres eight recalls eight on my Kia soul three of which the eighth is deadly or Bogley harm so they sent me they bought they made me buy a very dangerous car and this 23 people have owned this car 2014. Its called a trap car I promise yall so if I could recommend anything I promise you Id recommend dont even look that way nothing they do is nothing they do is to help you all those guarantees from that man on TV. Hes a liar hes pure liar and Melinda is as well so anyway, my recommendation is do not buy do not buy.

I am trying to remedy a situation and so far I can't get any help. The car mart in Albertville AL and they couldn't or didn't want to help so I'm going to try INC. and see if they will help. It's not my daughter's fault that the transmission went out on her 2014 Ford Escape and the Car Mart got a garage to fix it but they broke the rack and pinion and is trying to blame us. It wasn't broken until after they worked on it and the service manager said it had a three point inspection but we had to tell them the rim was broke so they could have it fixed. I don't see why they shouldn't fix her car or put her in something else. We shall see!!!

I have a repo on my credit report that incorrect!! I signed a release and returned the car because the manager said if I did it wouldnt go on my credit report. I FILED A POLICE REPORT AND I WILL SUE IF IT ISNT TOOK OFF MY CREDIT REPORT THIS WEEK. Ive talked to an attorney and Im tired of being nice. I tried to do it the easy way and dispute it but yall keep denying it, so maybe this will reach who I need it too.

I've holding my tongue for 2 years but enough is enough. Yes they were very nice and professional but God forbid you're late and they only give you 6 days before they reposses your car. They act like they don't go through financial hardships we all do I could see if I was behind like 3 or 4 payments I wouldn't mind my car being repossessed then It's very disrespectful to call a person's job I don't need anyone in my business period.

Car Mart sold my son one car first that car had multiple problems they could not fix. And their only solution was to get him into another car ended up being another lemon with multiple recalls on the vehicle. Wrapped him balloon payments stuck him in a car that is to small with his growing family because of the circumstances with the first vehicle payments are outrageous because of this that was their only solution was saying do this or don't have a car.

I cosigned on a vehicle that I'm sure most everyone has had the same issue eventually began to have problems. The person I cosigned for has been with car Mart since 2015 and has had the same issue over and over with different cars the transmission keeps going out on every car. After my best friend died of covid I cosigned for the car. The original car was a piece of crap and had to be swapped out. Now I never as the cosigner signed the paperwork for the second car. 2 years later after a perfect pay history the car stopped running and carmart would not fix it now remember he's been a customer since 2015. They told him they would take the car back and it would not affect his credit. Well several months later, as the cosigner I received a letter stating they were auctioning off the vehicle and I was responsible for the difference. I contacted carmart in Canton ga 2 days ago asking them their procedure on swapping vehicles. Was new paperwork required to be signed. I was told yes. I explained as the cosigner I never signed the paperwork on the second car. Could they please look at it and see if it was signed. They said they had to go through the corporate office and that it could take a few days. I later called back and asked for the phone number to colonial auto to see if they could give me answers. I was told that is their in house financing and there is no number. I found corporate office phone number on my credit and once I contacted them they looked at my paperwork and told me both sets are signed but do not match. Like I said I never signed the paperwork so carmart forged my signature That is sad they go to that extreme to sell a piece of ***

I just wanted to add that all the people at east 7th car- mart in Joplin are fabulous..I have gotten to know several of the employees.. Jessica the Sales lady ..John head Mechanic ..Keith who keeps the cars going Jen and Clarissa sales reps and very nice ladies ,that help you make your payments easy ..keep making car mart an easy and home friendly place to buy a car ..I am very happy with both my car and truck .

Suv no spending to much money from day one.going to talk a lawyer. From one to not at all. Paying to much for thos suv.

I have this car from carmart here in winchester kentucky for 1 year maybe it' has had multiple issues the transmission has been replaced once already now I'm having transmission issues again spoke wit management they said its nothing they can do to help me because I'm already out of service contract I've had seals replaced paid outa pocket ta find out thers a transmission problem I can't afford a new transmission. So is there anything someone can do to plz help me. I rather be put into another vehicle if this an option I need help I can't continue to pay for a car that's gona brake down someday leaking transmission fluid. Thank u

I havent received a return call from car mart madisonville ky, after leaving several messages, I needed help with my vehicle for trade into another vehicle! They told me they had a program in which I can trade in and put down payment and they could put me in another vehicle! I still havent received any phone calls after two weeks of trying to get someones attention! I will not have any more dealings with car mart

I put 1000 dollars down on a 14 Ford focus and it blew up in a week!! They allowed me to get a Chevy spark and it lost power!! They would not refund any of the money I put down on the cars!! They have both cars and they were at the shop for a month!! They sell JUNK!!!

I initially got a GMC Terrain from the lot in Enterprise AL, within 2 days it started making a noise & stalling . I took the vehicle back the mechanic crunk it up & immediately said there was something wrong. I was told at that point I had to get another vehicle and I could use my 1 time 7 day exchange. I then got a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu it started cutting off not wanting to go over 40 mph and since then it has been just sitting in front of my house. I took it to a real mechanic & his exact words were they took your money & sold u lemon, He ran a report on the car & discovered it has a lot of damage(water, flood, & frame damage mileage odometer issues ). Which told him the mileage when the car was sold is not right. 70,000 miles on a 2014 with extensive damage. I emailed the car lot with the report included in a timely manner, told them I did not want the car, no one responded at all. I only heard from someone when it was time to make a payment. Someone came to my house the other day & said I have to make a payment before the car can be fixed. He also stated a report cannot be ran on OUR cars when anybody should know if the car has a VIN number it can be pulled up. Then to say its because of the amount that was put down, what I put down has nothing to do with being sold a car for $28,000 that I cant drive to work but is expected to pay for. The car has been sitting for 3 weeks. Also to threaten me about my credit and tell me its going to be ruined if I bring it back or they come get it, when Im getting no use out of it anyway. If I was driving the car all over town & deliberately not making my payment thats one thing, but IM NOT I CANNOT. I refuse to pay for a car I CANNOT drive thats not even dependable to get me back & forth to work to even pay for it. They are certainly not living up to your motto. They sell people cars that are no good with astronomical prices & threaten you. Not ethical or good business practices at all. I am prepared to go all the way with this until I get a resolution. They cannot keep getting by taking advantage of honest hardworking people. <

I have been asking for maintenance to be done on my vehicle for four months now. They're always promising a call, but I have yet to receive one.

I got a car the broke down on after two weeks carmart say they were going to get fix they have had my car for two and a half months I been making payments but still no car .I feel like that is bad business I always get the runaround oh it's in the shop oh we're there behind or they order the port nothing has been done about me not having a car to drive
